I'm not sure what a lot of other reviews are talking about. My aux plays from all sides of my speakers. Bluetooth streams music very good and I can tell a difference in loudness and bass in my factory speakers. I haven't used my USB with my iPod but DVD works great. The blue display light is not that bright but I do wish it was customizable. The mic for Bluetooth is on the unit so sometimes you have to speak loudly but I think it I saw a wire when installing that you can add a mic.
